1. Eligibility

To register and use nustr, you must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for online gaming participation. You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, and you must not be excluded from gaming activities by any applicable regulatory authority. 2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on nustr. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. nustr will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel — do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately and change your password without delay. Account details including your registered name, date of birth, and identity documents must be accurate and kept up to date at all times. nustr reserves the right to suspend accounts where verification cannot be completed or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

4. Gameplay Rules

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or reversed — please review your selections carefully before confirming. nustr reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical error, data feed failure, or other exceptional circumstance has materially affected the outcome. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, engage in collusion, or manipulate game outcomes in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings. Results generated by certified random number generators or live dealer outcomes are final and binding once a round is completed. For sports betting, nustr follows standard industry settlement rules, and any disputes regarding settlement must be raised within seven days of the event result being published.

6. Account Termination

In cases of suspected criminal activity, nustr may be required to freeze account funds and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities before any balance can be released. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, nustr reserves the right to withhold any bonuses or promotional winnings associated with the breach. Players who have been permanently excluded at their own request will not be permitted to re-register under any name or payment method. 7. Limitation of Liability
